Solihull Community Housing has appointed Socitm Advisory to support a major business transformation project to support the implementation of a new operating model and improve the experience of its customers.
Socitm Advisory will work with the Solihull Community Housing, which manages around 11,000 homes on behalf of Solihull Council, to carry out a comprehensive review of current business processes and systems that will support new and improved ways of working for teams across the organisation.
This initial work will enable Solihull to undertake a wider piece of work in the future which will be to develop a roadmap for procuring and implementing any new software and technology that may be needed.
