A joint venture

Our CSR commitment is a joint venture with our sister organisation, Socitm. We work closely together with a combined CSR team to create opportunities for all our employees to give back to the communities we serve and make a difference, including through paid volunteering days, environmental initiatives and fundraising activities.

"Having the opportunity to get involved in things like the Socitm Woodland has been really good. It's a great opportunity to give back, even by doing something simple like planting trees."

Rachael McKenzie
Senior Creative Designer (Socitm Advisory)

"I love that we have four paid volunteering days each year, giving me the opportunity to give back to my local community and causes close to my heart. It's also a great way to connect with colleagues."

Zoe Young
Campaign Manager (Socitm Advisory)

"The rebrand looks great, and you have clearly put in so much work and done this so quickly for us, you've been amazing!"

Kerry Devine

“I'm absolutely blown away by the work Socitm Advisory have done during their volunteered time to our charities rebrand. I think it looks fantastic.... We really can't thank Socitm Advisory enough.”

Our key areas of focus in CSR

Charity fundraising

Each year our team select a number of charities to support. By 2025, we aim to raise at least £5,000 per year for our chosen charities through a number of activities including sponsored cycle rides, silent auctions and gift donations.

In 2023, we are proud to be supporting YoungMinds as our chosen charity, however we have also fundraised and sponsored other charities and have been involved in initiatives across the UK.

Paid volunteering days

Every colleague at Socitm Advisory is given four paid days per year to get involved in volunteering work; whether that is through opportunities organised by us, or opportunities close to their hearts that they want to get involved with.

Already in last 12 months, a number of our team have used these volunteering days to help their local environments picking litter and cleaning up their local beaches, supporting local charities by offering their expertise for free, doing sponsored cycle rides, and more.

The environment

We are delighted to be supporting the improvement and sustainability of our environment with our Socitm Woodland initiative. In partnership with The Heart of England Forest we are helping them to expand and maintain woodland areas, and create habitats for wildlife. Since 2021, we have planted over 500 trees in the Socitm Woodland and aim to be planting a consistent 500 per year by 2025.

Our work in 2023

As well as our chosen charity – YoungMinds – and the Socitm Woodland, we have a number of initiatives and goals we are working towards this year as part of our CSR commitment, which includes supporting a variety of different organisations close to our hearts as both a company and to our individual employees.

We’re delighted to be sponsoring the Matthiola Madric FC U7 team based in Warrington, who create an environment where everyone can express and enjoy themselves. Our sponsorship has helped with kit and travel expenses.
