Paul joined Socitm Advisory’s board in February 2023 as part of our investment from BGF. As a growth focused business executive, Paul has experience working across Internet infrastructure, SaaS, cloud computing and IT managed service markets.

Mark joined Socitm Advisory’s board in February 2023 as part of our investment from BGF. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to our business, having experience across a number of sectors including finance.

Adam is an experienced recruitment specialist leader, skilled in leading & managing teams, he owns, leads and manages end-to-end recruitment programmes, talent acquisition and development within Socitm Advisory. He possesses strong relationship management skills, providing valuable partnerships from management to executive board that enables business growth.With over 25 years’ experience in sales, recruitment and talent acquisition, providing advice to the public sector and consultancies.

Adam Goldsmith is an IT professional with over 10 years of IT management / leadership experience working in the private and public sectors, in recent years Adam has focused on enabling organisations to deliver outstanding IT services alongside complimenting their information / cyber security positions

Aisling is a transformational leader with extensive experience in organisation change, design and development with a keen interest in organisational psychology, people engagement, leadership and culture. She has worked across public and private sector, charities and in education.

Andy is a commercially focused HR Director with extensive background in leading full suite HR functions, strategic business partnering, change leadership, transformation, turnaround, executive coaching, HR projects and innovative people data and analytics.

Aneil is a determined, reliable, individual with a thirst for knowledge, who can efficiently grasp and enforce new ideas and techniques that follow best practices. He has worked in both public and private sector allowing him to work with different types of stakeholders and clients from all different business sectors.

Elaine is a senior marketing professional with experience across public and private sector, and a range of industries. She brings business expertise and experience across the marketing mix, leading our team of marketing professionals to cover all of our external marketing, communications and PR.

Emma is an experienced business development & client relationship leader with over 20 years’ work experience in sales & marketing, working within the private and public sectors with a credible track record of sales and building positive relationships to grow and retain new business.

Helena has nearly 20 years’ experience consulting in the UK Public Sector. She combines Programme Management and transformational change experience to help solve clients complex problems.

Sam has over 20 years experience working within an Sales Environment, Bringing together teams to create compelling service offerings as well as owning/ creating end to end sales processes and Governance. Sam is an experience leader in driving all things to support sales activities, with primary focus Bid Management, Contracts management along with developing our Social Value capabilities.

Shahid is CIMA and CPA qualified, leading our finance function. He has 20 years’ experience in reporting, compliance, treasury, budgets, and business planning. Shahid has worked in multiple sectors, with a strong track record in fast-growing organisations.

Will has 20 years’ experience working in the digital technology transformation space across the public sector. He has specialised in organisational digital and data strategy development. Supporting organisation’s to articulate their ambitions and vision, and then working with them to ensure they have the right strategies and governance in place to achieve.
