We supported the council to develop their digital transformation programme, to deliver benefits and savings, and help them to bring it together with the council’s other transformation themes. Supporting architectural design

Dorset Council

We supported the council to develop their overall architectural design principles to support the council’s Our Future Council programme. Our work included providing expertise in back-office systems like ERP and joining up that technology work with the Our Future Council programme.

Re-igniting a failing ERP programme

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council
