What we’ve done

We’re committed to supporting our public services and communities during the current Covid-19 pandemic. We are proud to have worked closely with the NHS and the Local Government Association (LGA) in national initiatives that are focused on bringing impactful digital innovations to the front line, and sharing best practice, including:

  • NHSx’s Techforce 19 Competition
    Members of our team were part of the judging panel for this competition, providing their sector insight and technical experience to identify innovations that have the greatest potential to support the elderly, vulnerable and self-isolating during Covid-19
  • Local Government Association
    Collaborating with the LGA to develop a digital platform for knowledge sharing. This is enabling authority social care colleagues across the country to share their experiences and best practice in relation to the challenges presented by Covid-19
  • NHSx’s SteerCo
    As part of NHSx’s SteerCo for Covid-19, we are feeding back our experiences from engaging with front line challenge to help prioritise areas requiring collective action
  • With NHSx, the LGA and directly with local authorities, we are contributing our experience via regular conversations, solution development, or providing on-the-ground operational support in one or more of the following areas:
    • Local Resilience Hubs
    • Brokerage and Payments
    • Front door triage including information, advice and guidance
    • Hospital discharge including ADW
    • Safeguarding including remote care consultation and assessment
    • Electronic homecare monitoring
    • Technology evaluation and assurance
    • Assistive technology
    • Case management systems
    • Service design/re-configuration
