Recent high-profile events at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) have shown the need to maintain reliable systems and data. At the 2023 Housing Technology Conference, we partnered with RBH to present a session on ‘Mould to metrics’. RBH shared their story, the lessons they have learned and the next steps in their journey. Alongside RBH, we shared our experience of how other organisations are developing effective systems and processes to ensure their data is helping them to achieve their business objectives.
